    Tax services can be taken from your refund via a 3rd party bank or paid up front out of pocket. We give each client the option to choose whichever option is in the clients best interest. All fees will be discussed upfront before filing and signatures obtained on your return.
  • What happens if the IRS does not release my refund or my refund is taken from a 3rd party due to a past due debt obligation?
    Tax preparation is a service rendered and regardless of issues with the IRS tax preparation fees are still due. If a client's tax refund is recovered from another financial institution due to a debt, an invoice will be forwarded to said client for tax preparation fees. Failure to pay preparation fees will result in loss of future business with Hillman Financial Services or civil action if deemed necessary.

  • I have a large tax issue and don’t have all the money to pay upfront for services. How can I still use your company's services?
    We will not turn a client around because the amount of work that is needed may be costly. 50% of Preparation is due for clients paying up front BEFORE services are rendered. Payment arrangements can be discussed directly with the owner of Hillman FSC and will be handled on a case by case basis. We would love to still earn your business.
